Cancellation policy

Sessions impacted by inclement weather can be rescheduled or refunded at no charge. Customers may reschedule or cancel up to 1 hour before the beginning of the session. To cancel within an hour, the customer must reach out to the trainer personally via contact tab or email (elitemechanicsbball@gmail.com).
